READ THE. “Terms of Service”

Do you ever take the time to read the Terms of Service of products and services you use.

Have you considered what rights you wave when you sign an agreement with a company, let’s say a manufacture in CHINA.

Have you realized that China is a major player in intellectual theft and product reengineering.

Can a Terms of Service protect a China manufacture from claims to this?

Look at these terms and this line that is accepted when these terms are agreeded apon

These Terms provide that all disputes between you and PowerVision will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review Section 17 (“Dispute Resolution and Arbitration”) for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with PowerVision.

One of the biggest factors that allows for the China Thief is that American companies are actually invested in these china companies. Alot of them contract with the China manufactures to assemble and build their products. It’s like these corporations are actually complacent in the transfer of their product secrets so they can maximize their profits. So in a sense American companies are actually participating in their loss of intellectual property.
